The thing with tracking food, heart rate, steps taken and so on, is that it only tells you what is and it’s so easy to get hung up on the numbers.

Exciting day today - went to McDonald's drive-thru for the first time! Even more exciting, we visited B&Q first! Talk about a grand day out!
